Buffalo Soldier

Episode 7: During Coronavirus times, there were a limited number of options due to park locations being closed. The activity center and other venues were closed so we just enjoyed the scenery and nature.

Iron Lion Zion

Episode 6: Almost three years to the day since Marjorie first visited Zion National Park with her father, she returns to see a different side of the park, this time with her brother-in-law, mother, grandmother and brother. The experiences were much different between the two trips.

Who Do You Do?

Episode 5: The giant rocks protruding from the earth that looked like stoic soldiers, lined up in formation. The beauty of the hoodoos is something hard to capture by photos or words. They formations so unique, unlike anything else imaginable on the journey.

Don't Be So Salty

Episode 4: A vast desert so salty plants can't survive there. It would not make for a great place to live, but would be ideal for a kitchen in need of salt, and that's where Marjorie's salt collection began.

Not So Hidden Hot Springs

Episode 3: On the outskirts of Jackson Hole, WY is a not so secret set of hot springs. But the Krohn Caravan had their own set of challenges finding the location, even after Oliver's prior visit there a year earlier.

The Blue Parking Pass

Episode 2: Marjorie has her glasses fed-ex'd to Yellowstone National Park, just in time to see the Grand Prismatic. Even though this wonder of nature was just in front of her, she still had difficulty seeing it due to other challenges.

A Lesson in Empathy
